How does the Mammotion Referral Program work?

Once logged into your Mammotion Store account, you can start referring new users. Visit the Reward Program Page or Refer a friend Page to generate your unique referral link. Once your friend completes a qualifying purchase, you’ll receive your referral reward.

Who can I share my referral link with?

You can share your referral link with eligible friends or family members. The link is only valid on the Mammotion Store in the country or region where it was issued and can only be used to refer someone else.

What should my friend keep in mind when placing an order?

To ensure a successful referral, your friend should complete the purchase using the same device, browser, operating system, and IP address used to click the referral link.

What makes a referral successful?

Your friend must make their first purchase through your referral link and meet the required minimum spend. The referral is considered successful once the order has been shipped and is not refunded.

When will I receive my referral reward?

Your friend will receive 1,000 Mammotion Points after entering their email address. You will receive your referral reward once your friend completes a qualifying first purchase and the order has been shipped.
