Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Mammotion’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products on the Mammotion Store.

If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.

If the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order, and the order has not been shipped out, please note that a refund may be subject to a non-refundable transaction fee (which vary by country and platform) charged by the payment provider or platform. This fee reflects atual processing costs and varies depending on the country and payment method(3.8% for credit card users, 3.49% for PayPal users, 3.8% for Klarna users).

If the product has already been shipped out, we will attempt to intercept the package. If unsuccessful, please refuse delivery to facilitate the return and refund process.

 

Returns (if applicable)

Mammotion offers returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You will find the applicable conditions on this page.
You are eligible for a free return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for the following circumstances:

  • No reason required.
  • The received order is damaged (product or packaging), defective, or missing parts, subject to the provision of supporting evidence.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of damage caused by human intervention, and include legal proof of purchase, all original packaging, and accessories.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

× Starting from the day after receiving the product, the service is requested after the Mammotion specified return period has been exceeded;
× A product sent to Mammotion for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging.
× A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
× A product is not delivered to Mammotion within 30 calendar days after the Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Mammotion.
This in no way restricts your statutory right of withdrawal. 

Return Process:

Please contact our customer service team or use the contact channels provided on the Mammotion Store to apply for a return. Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending it back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package. To ensure your refund, please do not ship the item back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and you could be liable for any associated costs.

Returns Freight

We'll provide you with a pre-paid returns label. Please use the prepaid label provided by Mammotion to avoid any personal charges and subsequent inconvenience. Returns that contain multiple items or large items may cost more. We offer various return methods; the cost will differ depending on the return method you choose. Please be advised that choosing a non-standard shipping service may result in additional charges.

Mistaken Returns

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
If you have accidentally sent the wrong item to us, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, as Mammotion does not store mistakenly sent items. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us.


Refunds (if applicable)

Returns are subject to inspection upon our warehouse receives the returned product, as to identify if the returned products are correct, complete or in eligible state for returns. After the returned product passes our inspection, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.

Please note that after Mammotion issues the refund, your bank may require up to 7 business days (or longer, depending on your bank) to fully process and post the funds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales-apac@mammotion.com.

Replacement Policy


Request Replacement Service:

In addition to your right to enjoy warranty services under the applicable law and our warranty policy, you are eligible for our Replacement Service within 30 days from the day after receiving the product if you meet any of the following conditions:

  1. The product has sustained damage in transit, provided that the proof of damage issued by the carrier can be submitted to Mammotion.
  2. The product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
  3. The product has a manufacturing defect.

After 30 days, we will provide repaire and replacement services in accordance with the applicable law and our warranty policy. Terms and Conditions under this Replacement Policy limit your statutory rights.

Replacement Service will not be provided where:

× Starting from the day after receiving the product, the service is requested after the Mammotion specified replacement period has been exceeded;
× Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× A product sent to Mammotion for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by human intervention.
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
× Received product has not been sent back to Mammotion within 30 calendar days after replacement confirmation from Mammotion.
× Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

Note:

If the requested replacement product is from a different series and model and carries a higher price, you shall be obligated to settle the price difference.

Replacement Freight

Mammotion shall cover all shipping costs for replacements resulting from product defects or transit damage. For customer-requested exchanges, the customer shall bear all associated shipping charges.
